With Managed Services, Consist offers to assume particular responsibility for the management of your systems and applications based on any technology. There are a variety of possible scenarios that need an expert to “take care” of:
Service on Demand (SoD)
The concept of SoD is based first and foremost on trust. Every SoD service topic is processed by a contingent principle. It is based on a certain initial contingent of person-hours per month, which is the basic for a defined average monthly contingent, giving you budgetary security.
Systematic ticket and service records are providing transparency. Consist has a Service Desk for service orders which systematically registers, documents, and prioritizes all incoming requests while issuing a problem ticket. Monthly you will be informed reliably and regularly about the current status of management.
The goal of an SoD contract is long-term cooperation whose detailed arrangements are agreed upon on a yearly basis. SoD contracts are open-ended for this reason. In support of this, the organizational arrangements are as flexible as possible:
Not only the termination of the contract but also adjustments to the parameters (hourly contingent, scope of services, etc.) are possible at any time – if necessary including a certain lead time. In this way Consist can offer you pragmatic, open, and risk-free collaboration.
