Since December of 2004, Consist ITU is a fully-owned subsidiary of Consist Software Solutions GmbH.
Consist Software Solutions is the specialist for custom IT solutions, for example in the areas of eHealth, for financial service providers, in trade or – through ITU – in waste management. Since 1995, after being sold by the Krupp Group, the company belongs to Consist World Group.
Consulting, development, and maintenance of custom applications and IT infrastructures based on classical (e.g. Adabas/Natural) and object-oriented technologies (Java, .NET, SAP NetWeaver, etc.) are the core competencies of Consist Software Solutions. Their strengths include solutions involving digital signatures, application maintenance, system integrations and migrations, as well as complex software architectures.
