The ASYS waste monitoring system

The ASYS application system allows states to perform tasks

• of records of proper  waste management,
• for consignment notes and handover certificates,
• in waste management concepts and waste balance sheets
• companies specialized in waste management and
• shipping and broker permits.

The master data module includes detailed information about companies, government authorities and organizations. There are general basic data available such as the European Waste Catalog (EWC), municipality codes, NACE sector codes and so one.

IT technical background

The technical basis is provided by a middleware layer coded in Java and called Liberace, which allows quick adaptation of applications to current laws, naturally always in compliance with EU guidelines and the requirements of international waste disposal.

The functions provided (generation of letters, definition of validation rules, detailed permission settings, extensive reporting, and much more) allow the user to complete tasks simply and conveniently.

All current Microsoft operating systems and many databases (Oracle, Informix, MS SQL Server, DB2, Ingress, and MS Access) are supported by our applications. If users are distributed between different locations, there is a powerful communication module available.
